Hazel Eyed Beauties - Part 1

It was 3 pm when I woke up from the pattering of the raindrops on my window. Gosh! I slept a lot after that awesome New Year's Party last night .. I looked out my window and spotted a rainbow in the sky and thought to myself "Today will rock!".

I jumped out of bed and headed towards the bathroom to have a shower, and then I put on a t-shirt, a sweater, jeans leggings, and sneakers. I grabbed my car keys and went to JBR.

As I reached the place I switched my iPod on and went to walk on the seashore... The weather was literally amazing! I was strolling along the shore listening to "Knock You Down" when I was interrupted by a familiar voice. "Omg Reemooh sho tsween hnee ?" i took the headphones out of my ears, looked up and saw my university friend 7amdan, who is also my crush, and muttered shyly "Hhhey! mashay walla change of scenery as my mom says, and you?"

7amdan: I came to have some coffee and leave, bs since ure alone btmsha wyach etha 3adee 3ndch.

Reem: Ya sure.

7amdan was older than me, but really handsome … he had a natural tanned skin tone, hazel eyes, black hair, and a fit body … but I care about personality more than the looks when I crush on someone. Luckily, his personality was not bad too, and we also had a couple of things in common,like the eyes for instance.

We walked on the shore talking about different stuff like university, how we spent last night, and other random things. Our conversation was broken up by my mobile's ringtone… I took it out of my pocket and read "Incoming call from Mama". I apologized to 7amdan about the interruption and answered.

Reem: Hala Mama.

Mama: Ahlain, Reem where are you? I came home from Spinneys with Shai5a and didn’t we find you.

Reem: Don’t worry I'm ok. I'm taking a walk with my friend at the beach side at JBR.

Mama: Oh okay, don’t be late sweetie.

My mom isn’t pure local. She's half American and half Emirati. She isn’t that old and is open minded, so she lets me and my sister to do anything we want to, and understands us most of the time.

Anyway, let's get back to me and 7amdan

Reem: Back, sorry that was my mom freaking out cz im not home

7amdan: Haha .. kel el omahat che .. I remember yom I was a teenager knt kla ala3wz omeeh w tet7r6am 3laay.

Reem: Hahaha mskeenaa.

7amdan: Reemooh fy shay dom ykoon 3abalee w m'6aygny aba agoolech eyaah bs atrdaaad, w y3ne a5af tkrheeny 3gbhaa bs t3abt wallah wana 5ash hel shay 3nch w 3n enaas.

Reem: Shfeek? Sho m'6aygnk?
